Document Upload & Data Handling

You can upload dealership paperwork — such as a buyer's order, quote, financing worksheet, add-on breakdown, or vehicle listing — so the app can pull out the key financial fields (price, fees, APR, term, taxes, trade-in, etc.) and populate your review screen. Uploading is optional; you can also enter every field manually.

When you upload a document, its pages are sent to an AI extraction provider that returns structured fields (vehicle info, prices, fees, financing terms). Each field is shown to you with a confidence indicator. You are the final source of truth — nothing is analyzed or saved to a report until you review and confirm the values on the review screen.

Low-confidence values are highlighted and are treated as unknown until you correct or approve them. The AI extraction provider processes the pages to answer your request and does not use your documents to train public models.

• Uploaded files live in a private cloud-storage bucket that is not publicly accessible.
• Only your signed-in account can access files you upload; row-level security prevents other users from seeing them.
• Downloads inside the app are served via short-lived signed URLs, not public links.
• Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest by our hosting provider.

• Files remain attached to a deal until you delete them.
• When you delete a document, the file is removed from storage within 30 days.
• When you delete the deal, all documents attached to it are removed within 30 days.
• When you request account deletion, uploaded files are removed within 30 days of the request being processed.

To protect yourself, avoid uploading anything unnecessary. In particular, do not upload:

• Full credit-card numbers, CVVs, or card images.
• Bank-login credentials, online-banking screenshots showing full account numbers, or wire-transfer instructions.
• Social Security cards, driver's licenses, passports, or other government IDs unless you have first redacted the numbers.
• Documents belonging to another person unless you have their permission.

Before uploading, redact anything you don't need for the deal review — a highlighter or a piece of tape works. The app only needs the deal terms (price, fees, financing, add-ons, trade-in).

Every upload requires you to confirm that you are authorized to share the document and that you understand it will be processed by our AI extraction provider as described above. This confirmation is required and is not pre-checked.

• Delete an individual document from the deal's document list.
• Delete a saved analysis or the whole deal from your dashboard.
• Request full account deletion from Delete Account.
