Data Security
Your files and financial inputs are stored on managed cloud infrastructure with access limited to the account that uploaded them. Sessions require authentication, and requests are rate-limited to reduce abuse.
Privacy by Default
We collect only what's needed to analyze your deal — vehicle numbers, fees, and financing terms. We don't share your documents with dealers, lenders, or advertisers.
Encryption
All traffic to and from Before You Sign is encrypted using industry-standard TLS. Data stored in our managed database and file storage is encrypted at rest by our hosting provider.
Secure Document Uploads
Uploads go directly to isolated storage tied to your account. Only you — and staff you explicitly ask for help — can access what you upload. Delete anything, anytime, from your account.
We Never Sell Your Data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, uploads, or deal details. Period. We're paid by customers, not by data brokers or dealerships.
Transparent Calculations
Every number in your report is derived from your inputs and documented formulas — out-the-door totals, APR impact, and monthly payments. Nothing is a black box; you can reproduce every result.
