Refund Policy

If your completed report does not identify any potential savings or any questionable dealer fee or add-on on your paperwork, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund that purchase in full. This applies even if you have already viewed the report.

Every plan is a one-time purchase. Your card is never charged automatically. Refunds are available when the terms below are met. Outside the savings guarantee above, once your personalized report has been generated or accessed the purchase is generally non-refundable, subject to applicable law — see plan-specific terms below.

Full refund if you have not viewed the completed report. Once the report has been generated and viewed, refunds are considered case-by-case if the analysis had a material accuracy issue.

Full refund within 3 days of purchase if no review or comparison has been generated. Partial refunds are considered case-by-case for documented service issues. The pass simply expires after 30 days — it does not renew.

Full refund within 7 days of purchase if fewer than 2 reviews have been generated. After that, refunds are pro-rated at our discretion when there is a documented service issue. The plan simply expires after 90 days — it does not renew.
