Refund Policy

Every plan is a one-time purchase. Your card is never charged automatically. Refunds are available when the terms below are met. As a general rule, once your personalized report has been generated or accessed, the purchase is generally non-refundable, subject to applicable law — see plan-specific terms below.

Full refund if you have not viewed the completed report. Once the report has been generated and viewed, refunds are considered case-by-case if the analysis had a material accuracy issue.

Full refund within 3 days of purchase if no review or comparison has been generated. Partial refunds are considered case-by-case for documented service issues. The pass simply expires after 30 days — it does not renew.

Full refund within 7 days of purchase if fewer than 2 reviews have been generated. After that, refunds are pro-rated at our discretion when there is a documented service issue. The plan simply expires after 90 days — it does not renew.
